The project focused on rebuilding their website and integrating a CRM system that could capture data, manage enquiries, and support long-term engagement with members, professionals, and partners.

Forms existed, but information wasn’t structured, follow-ups weren’t automated, and there was no clear way to track journeys across memberships, referrals, training, or support services. This created extra admin, missed opportunities, and made it harder to demonstrate impact.

We designed and built a new website aligned with GamLEARN’s values — clear, calm, and human-centred — while integrating a CRM system underneath to handle everything the user doesn’t see.

  • Automated email and in-app notifications for internal teams
  • Lead capture and nurture workflows to support long-term engagement
